The TWA Risk Management Fund will hold its Board of Trustees & Annual Membership Meeting on Wednesday morning, followed by lunch, for RMF members.

CLE Credits

The TWA 2026 Annual Convention is pending approval for 6.5 hours of continuing legal education (CLE) credit for Texas-licensed attorneys. Course information will be posted on the conference webpage once approved. Attendance certificates will also be available for those needing education credits for engineering, geoscience, or other professional licenses.

Conference & Hotel Policies

Cancellation Policy. Registrations canceled after the early bird deadline, February 13, will receive a full refund less a 10% processing fee. After this date, registrations are non-refundable (except in cases of emergency).

Room Block. The TWA conference room block at The Worthington Renaissance Hotel is sold out, but rooms may still be available at the standard rates by booking directly with the hotel.

Room Cancellations. Last-minute cancellations can lead to penalties for TWA. The cancel/replace deadline is Friday, March 6. Reservations canceled after 5:00 pm on March 6 must be done with the hotel.
