The Texas Water Association voting Board of Directors is made up of the following individual members:
During the Annual Convention in March, each panel elects 2–3 members (depending on how many of the staggered terms have expired) to serve on the board while also appointing one board member to serve as a vice president/panel chair, and another to serve on the association’s Executive Committee. Each year at its December meeting, the board elects an individual to serve as president-elect starting June 1 of the following year. That individual will assume the duties of the president approximately 18 months later. TWA's Executive Committee is made up of its presidential tree, the chair and vice chair of each panel, TWA RMF appointees, and the treasurer, for a total of 24 members.
