Thursday Lunch Options. Please note that Thursday's lunch is on your own. If you're staying onsite, The Woodlands Resort offers a few convenient dining options including Back Table Kitchen & Bar, Cool Water Bar & Grill, and the Spruce Market for grab-and-go items. Harrison's will also open at noon for a special soup & salad lunch buffet for $19.50 per person for conference attendees.
