Conference Policies

Registration Cancellations: Registrations canceled by the early bird deadline, May 22, will receive a full refund less a 10% processing fee. After this date, registrations are non-refundable (except in cases of emergency).

Room Block Registration Date: TWA has a limited number of rooms at Horseshoe Bay Resort and the hotel cutoff date is May 18. The TWA Room Block is exclusively for registered attendees.

Room Cancellations. Last-minute cancellations can lead to penalties for TWA, even with a long waitlist for rooms in our block. If your plans change, please DO NOT cancel a room with the hotel. Instead, email Lindsey Ford so we can reassign the room to someone on the waitlist.

Room Block Waitlist. If your full request is not available, please book the nights available through the room block link, then complete the waitlist form to request any additional night(s).
